Step into this lovely townhome, and you will experience an open concept living room/kitchen combination complete with 2 pull out sleeper chairs (appropriate for children only). There is a large adjacent dining area with a door leading to your private porch. This townhome is designed in soft muted colors throughout, and offers a true Chef's kitchen featuring quartz countertops and sleek stainless steel appliances. There is a convenient full guest bathroom downstairs with a step in shower. As you ascend upstairs, you will be amazed with the vast vaulted ceilings found throughout! The main bedroom features a queen size bed, it's own television & an attached shower stall bathroom. The second bedroom offers 2 twin beds, and the third bedroom offers a full bottom bunk & twin top, complete with it's own private terrace! The shared upstairs bathroom features a tub/shower combination and completing this townhome are dishwasher, central air conditioning, washer/dryer & grill.

  The unit was in wonderful condition, with a fully updated kitchen and hardwood floors throughout. Everything you would need is included, including washer/dryer and AC. Centrally located right by the pool and the park. Only negatives, and they are minimal, is that you can't watch TV in the master bedroom based on the configuration (so I just moved around the furniture) and the internet is a little slow.
  
  Sleepy Hollow as a whole is kept in great shape. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Most everything you need for sports, such as basketballs, pickleball and ping pong rackets and balls, bicycles, shuffleboard items, etc. are available. I didn't see tennis rackets, but I don't play and didn't look for them, so they may have them. The pool area is clean and there was never a problem getting chairs. Pool is only heated to 84 degrees, so it's cold getting in, but once in, you get used to it.
  
  I already made reservations to come back in future years, so that should tell you how highly I think of Sleepy Hollow.

  This has become my family’s favorite spot so glad we were able to come back this year. Beautiful home love everything about it. Clean and comfortable. Great location to the pool and playground. We had the perfect week weather wise just and amazing time all around. Gorgeous beach and pool. I can’t say enough great things and how much we love staying here. We can’t wait to come back!

  Wonderful accommodations. Beautiful kitchen with large round dining table so we could all eat together. The bedrooms were very beautiful and comfortable. Loved that we had three bathrooms. The only complaint is that the chairs in the living room do not work well as a bed described.

  What a beautiful home and great location! We had an amazing stay!! Everything about Sleepy Hollow is top notch. The house was very welcoming as was Dale and all the staff. The grounds are well maintained and gorgeous. Would definitely recommend staying here perfect for families. Pool, play ground, beach, basketball, golf, bikes, kids activities it has it all! I could go on and on about the home we stayed in clean, updated, comfortable, has everything you need in the beautiful kitchen, washer and dryer came in handy too!

  Sleepy Hollow beach resort was overall a wonderful place to stay with the family. We took our 7 and 4 year olds. We stayed in Terrace 20 which was a 3 bedroom town home with 3 full bathrooms. The townhome was fully updated and clean. Amenities included towels, hand soap, blow dryers, paper towels, dish soap, washer/dryer, sheets/bedding, grill, patio chairs, TVs, coffee pot, and much more. The kids absolutely loved the park, pool and beach. Although the beach has been terraced recently, there is still room to enjoy lake Michigan. Downtown South Haven was a short car ride/bike trip down the road. We look forward to returning in the future.

  Wonderful long weekend with extended family. Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Plenty of activities. Loved cooking s'mores over the campfire on the beach at sunset. Beautiful pool. Easy trip to town - and the town was wonderful, too. Our new staff friends at Sleepy Hollow could not have been nicer, friendlier, or more accommodating.
