This two-bedroom unit is nestled within our multi-level building and boasts direct access to the grounds with spectacular water views overlooking Lake Michigan. ~

Private Garden Patio:    Your private garden patio welcomes you inside, creating a cozy entrance to the unit.

Open Concept Design:    The open concept design includes a living room area with a queen-size pull-out couch, perfect for additional sleeping arrangements.

Kitchen:    The open kitchen features lovely knotty pine-inspired cabinets, adding a warm cottage feel. Bar seating at the counter provides a casual dining option. The area is flooded with light from oversized windows overlooking the lake.

Main Bedroom:    The main bedroom features a queen-size bed, offering a comfortable and restful space.

Second Bedroom:    The second bedroom offers bunk beds with a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin on top, making it ideal for families.

Two Bathrooms:    This unit is unique with its two bathrooms; one features a tub/shower combination, and the other has a walk-in shower, perfect for families coming in from the lake.

Additional Amenities:   Completing this unit are a washer/dryer, central air conditioning, and a charcoal grill, providing modern conveniences and comfort.

  Our stay at Sleepy Hollow was everything I hoped it would be and was the perfect fit for our family with something for everyone. The property was beautiful and well taken care of. We loved having access to a private beach and enjoyed the swimming pool, pickleball, playground, bikes, shuffleboard, and craft activities provided for the kids. Shopping was close and easy to access. We had a lovely stay in South Haven and made so many wonderful family memories. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

  Couldn’t have been more pleased with my condo experience. The view of the lake was first rate. I kept the living room shades wide open for the entire week. The condo was well stocked with everything I needed. It would be nice if the patio was resurfaced with something smoother and not so unforgiving. That’s a minor detail.   Such a great place to escape to! The location and views were so stunning. We loved having a patio space. The condo has everything we needed for a 3 night getaway. There were some tiny ants in the kitchen at times (this happens at home too), so we were careful not to leave food out. We’d love to return again!

  The condo was absolutely spotless (and all appliances, etc in good repair), and has beautiful sunset views over the lake from inside. AC worked nicely.   We are frequent Sleepy Hollow guests, but this was our first time in Condo G. First of all...THE BEACH IS BACK! So happy to see a beach, the top area built by SH over the last year is awesome too and it's great to see that they took all suggestions last year to heart. We love Sleepy Hollow and will continue making memories there. Dale in the office is so great and helpful. Condo G was okay, it's a bit small and lacking a few necessary kitchen items and it would be great if there was a dresser in the main bedroom. You definitely don't have a lot of extra space. The outdoor area is huge but only has one tiny table. It could benefit from some extra lounge chairs to make it more inviting. It's on the water and that is what you are paying for.

  Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the location and privacy of staying at Sleepy Hollow. Paying extra for the close proximity to the lake was completely worth it! That being said, what came as quite a disappointment was the quality of mattresses provided. They are in need of immediate replacement and feel as though they should have been replaced years ago.

  Friends had told us about Sleepy Hollow and it sounded fantastic, but actually being there exceeded even those expectations! The grounds were beautiful and we loved looking at all the plants and flowers. Our Unit was impeccably clean and had plenty of kitchen essentials for us, as well as linens and beach toys. Probably the best thing about Sleepy Hollow, though, we’re the activities. The recreation staff was made up of a group of girls who were so sweet. They greeted each child by name and got to know each of them throughout the week. Our three kids enjoyed crafts each day, afternoon activities, movie nights and a fun party on Friday night. We even hired one of the ladies to babysit our kids while we went out to dinner one night, and our kids loved her! Sleepy Hollow is a fun family atmosphere that is hard to come by. We will definitely visit again!

  Great unit at a very nice, well kept resort. The kids love having the option of pool or beach. While all MI beaches are smaller this year with the high water there was plenty of room for everyone. Our kids are getting old for the activities but enjoyed them when younger. We love having a grill & full kitchen if we don't want to eat out.

  We had a wonderful time at Sleep Hollow and the resort itself is wonderful. We will definitely be back. Unit G is small, but worked for our family of 4 and is in a perfect location overlooking Lake Michigan.
  The unit is in need of a deep cleaning and some updating. When we arrived, there was quite a bit of dust, cobwebs, and the floors were dirty. The management was very attentive when we complained about this and took care of it right away.
  Unit G is a bit basic, and the pillows, rugs, and some of the furniture could use an update to make the place feel even more comfortable and welcoming for guests.

  The rental was comfortable for two adults and two children. The second bathroom makes it convenient when everyone comes in sandy from the beach. The front yard overlooking the lake is fantastic and we also enjoyed the large outside fenced in patio. The living room is very small and with only relaxing space for two, So plan on spending most of your time outside. After staying in many of the one bedroom units, this is the best location but it was the only one so far that I felt needed some attention and a deep cleaning. Noticeable dirt buildup is on baseboards and other such areas. I was disappointed by this because the other units have been absolutely spotless. I would rent it again though bc with young children it is a great unit.

  We loved everything about sleepy hollow! Everything was so wonderful, we barely left the resort to wander downtown or to nearby activities! The property is naturally gorgeous, meticulously maintained. Our unit was cute, clean and comfortable. The staff was professional, friendly and very helpful. The children's activities were outstanding. Our kids (girl 8, boy 7, boy 4) loved every activity and the movie nights. It's nice that kids can have some independence to build their own "agenda" each day from the supervised activities offered. I was highly impressed and can definitely say we will be back!
