  It was a great place to have a family reunion/ 50th anniversary. We used the dining area for the 50th party. The grounds were well kept, the beach and sunsets were really nice, the pool was great and it includes lifeguards.
  We rented 3 units. Our unit was about the same cost as the other two units which were both larger more modern, with more amenities. So we felt that our unit was definitely overpriced, compared to the other two units.The kitchen was very small and not very functional, the unit smelled musty, no washer or central air, the bathroom had a bad odor. Given a choice I would recommend a different unit.

  The building we stayed in was clean and organized yet there was very little supplies. Short on paper towels, toilet paper, no Kleenex, no laundry detergent, cleaning supplies...
  We were there with a group and organized to eat in the great room, using the kitchen to cook. There was no air conditioning in the dining room and no one would repair it! The staff would not leave the doors unlocked to get air flow from the adjoining room. The staff was actually rude about this!
  They promised to have the kitchen open at 8 and did not show up till 9.
  There is no one to call in case of an emergency.
  The pool was not working, there were not enough chairs on the beach,
  I would not go back

  The location and having a private beach location away from the busy North & South beach areas is amazing. The grounds are beautiful and welcoming. The unit we stayed in was nice, the kitchen and dining area needs a different layout, way too small and cramped for four people. The beds and living room were very comfortable. For those of us not from the region, having beach/pool towels for guests is a must. Disappointing that the pool was not open for our mid-May stay (it was hot, atypical), seasonal open and close timing needs to be stated on the website.

  Stonebridge B is a very compact place to stay at Sleepy Hollow Resort. The two bedrooms are nice but only one bathroom is tight for two couples. The location on the edge of the Resort property is quiet with a view of the treed landscape.

  Took the family here for a last vacation before school started. We didn't really have any plans for the weekend, and that was ok. There was plenty for kids to do and they loved having the independence to roam the grounds without any supervision. Lots of great games to play and the free bikes were great. Stoneridge B is one of the older units and it shows, but all in all it was fine. Kitchen was tight and no dishwasher. Was disappointed that we couldn't really walk the beach due to the water levels being so high. Sunsets were great though.

  We stayed at Sleepy Hollow for a week and enjoy our accommodations. I would remind visitors to bring some food essentials, like ziplock bags, cling wrap, and some tupperware, but other than this, the house comes prepared.

  My week at Sleepy Hollow resort exceeded my expectations in so many ways! My unit B was clean and comfortable and worked great being next door to daughter and her family! The grounds are beautiful and cared for with love! Having beach and heated pool were a plus! Chairs at both sites were very nice!
  Lots of staff and everyone was ALWAYS friendly and there for the guests! Many amenities I did not expect like daily bathroom towels pick and replacement!
  Only time we really left the resort was for groceries! Grandsons loved all the fun things to do including the basketball courts and getting to pick out bikes to ride!
  Cannot wait to go back next year...thank you Sleepy Hollow and staff for a stellar vacation!

  Sleepy Hollow is meticulously maintained, both the cottages and the grounds. They provided bicycles for a ride to town for ice cream, tennis rackets & balls for the courts, and firewood for the firepits on the private beach. The pool is beautiful. The website is great for seeing what each cottage looks like. If anything, the rooms are actually better than the photos. The staff is friendly and professional. The only minor blemish was their billing process. They quote prices for the stay rather than by the night, and originally quoted me 2 night pricing for my 3 night stay, causing us to pick more expensive cottages. Also, I had prepaid the entire stay, but at checkout they charged me 8 bucks due to some miscalculation on their part. In my opinion they should have eaten that charge.
