End of season, so problems accumulated. The floor was dirty. Textured hard floor, lots of sand or something somewhere. Coming back from the shower, sole of my feet full of grit.
No drain board, rack for hand washing dishes.
Some bulbs out, the fan and its light in bedroom didn't work at all. When we came the TVs were disconnected.

We had a good time and it was convenient. However, we have made numerous calls about the missing key that was returned to the management and we were still charged $25.00 for the key that was returned within one-two days of our departure.

This was our 2nd visit in 5 years. We love sleepy hollow. It's perfect for families. We were a bit disappointed with the beach shrinkage, but it's out of their hands. This visit, we were able to take advantage of the kids club and the bikes -- so great. We'll be back and it will be sooner than 5 years this time!

The unit was clean, quiet, spacious and had a wonderful covered balcony. We enjoyed the activities, pool, lake access. The only challenge was our sons didn't like the pull-out bed so we'll switch to another unit next year.

Every year we stay in a different unit at Sleepy Hollow. This is our second time in #53. We like the second floor location because of the covered balcony which we can still use on a buggy night or a rainy day.
