As you head up to this second story unit, you will be greeted by a large open deck. Once inside, you will be amazed by the sun filled spacious living room complete with a pull out twin sleeper sofa. This open concept will lead you to the well appointed kitchen with bar seating allowing great conversations while cooking! This unit is unique that it offers a den/second bedroom with a queen size pull out sofa just off the living room with sliding doors for privacy when needed. The main bedroom sports a king size bed, and the the shared bathroom has a step in shower. This great unit offers it's own private patio just off the kitchen for indoor/outdoor living at it's best! Completing this unit are dishwasher, washer/dryer & central air conditioning..

  End of season, so problems accumulated. The floor was dirty. Textured hard floor, lots of sand or something somewhere. Coming back from the shower, sole of my feet full of grit.
  No drain board, rack for hand washing dishes.
  Some bulbs out, the fan and its light in bedroom didn't work at all. When we came the TVs were disconnected.

  We had a good time and it was convenient. However, we have made numerous calls about the missing key that was returned to the management and we were still charged $25.00 for the key that was returned within one-two days of our departure.

  This was our 2nd visit in 5 years. We love sleepy hollow. It's perfect for families. We were a bit disappointed with the beach shrinkage, but it's out of their hands. This visit, we were able to take advantage of the kids club and the bikes -- so great. We'll be back and it will be sooner than 5 years this time!

  The unit was clean, quiet, spacious and had a wonderful covered balcony. We enjoyed the activities, pool, lake access. The only challenge was our sons didn't like the pull-out bed so we'll switch to another unit next year.

  Every year we stay in a different unit at Sleepy Hollow. This is our second time in #53. We like the second floor location because of the covered balcony which we can still use on a buggy night or a rainy day.

  Unfortunately for us, the new furniture, installed after we made our reservation and not yet shown on the website, meant that 53 no longer suited our needs. The office very kindly moved us to a different unit after the first night.
  We liked 53 when we stayed there 2 years ago. Eating out on the covered porch especially nice. Sleepy Hollow itself is a wonderful spot, especially with kids, as we know from many past visits. We would absolutely recommend it.
  We note, though, that the new pillows in unit 53 were impossible, like large blocks of stone. We suggest you replace them. Otherwise the new furniture looked very nice, but without the bunk beds no longer big enough for us. This unit would be very comfortable for a couple, or a couple with two other persons who did not mind sharing a smallish pull out bed in the den off the living room. Cannot now sleep more than 4, however, and we were 5.
