  Super relaxing getaway in southwestern Michigan. Cozy cottage with comfy beds, games for a rainy day and kitchen for quick meals. The shower was a little small but the house had a lovely back deck, perfect for reading.

  The unit was nice and clean, but would be tight for 6. Property amenities and location nice also. Not sure a $250 deposit was necessary for a weekend stay - and over 2 weeks to receive it back.

  Excellent time, smaller than expected space, but was adequate. was unable to use the internet or TV, not working properly for the entire week. Dale was so attentive and kind, excellent resource. I loved working with him. We did not have access to person on check in on the weekend for concerns. no one in office Saturday or Sunday that we could find.

  We have been staying at Sleepy Hollow (in two or three units) throughout the years since 1968 and continue to enjoy all that this beautiful place offers, the Lake, the beach and magnificent pool. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the staff is wonderful and the arts and crafts time greatly enjoyed by my grandchildren.

  Lovely place. A bit pricey for what you get. Very stingy with toiletries - you have to ask for TP and towels on a daily basis. Kitchen was poorly stocked. Beach has eroded to nothing. Pool still nice. We come every year because it’s a family tradition but if it wasn’t we’d choose to go elsewhere - we could take an overseas trip for the same price.

  An amazing resort for anyone, especially families with children. The beach, pool, kid's programs, etc provided something for everyone. I would have given a five star except this unit was pretty stripped down in the kitchen area.

  The resort was lovely, and felt safe. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and well cared for. The pool was perfect! The location was perfect! The Unit 3C was small but clean. A few things that would make this unit more acceptable are: a washer/dryer (in the basement, perhaps), a dishwasher, a land-line telephone (cell reception at the resort was virtually non-existent), a TV in the bedroom, a rocking chair, a paper towel holder, teaspoons, a full-length mirror, and the screen door needs to be repaired.

  Resort is wonderful, we have been going for 48 years. We love the location and facilities. Had some trouble working with new front desk staff and cleaning staff to get into our room, they were very late and were even worse at providing any kind of update. We were told several times it should be ready within 15-30 minutes which extended to about 5 hours so we could not go anywhere or do anything until we got our stuff moved in. Hopefully that part will get better.
  3C is a bit cramped, great for housing several kids but not enough space to gather or do anything.
