  This property was all the space we needed and the decor was upscale and comfortable. It was very clean and comfortable with plenty of amenities. Close location to downtown South Haven with all the shops and restaurants, lighthouse and river walk. And of course the amazing sunsets.

  This is a small unit. The sleeper couch in the LR is old but the kitchen was well stocked. You must pass through the bedroom to get to the back deck and patio. We spent a lot of time at the beach or the pool and the weather was perfect. Great staff at Sleepy Hollow makes your vacation a vacation.

  Wonderful priority offering a relaxing beach experience! We love it here. We have been coming for over 15 years. Our children have great memories and the property offers wonderful Anne utube like a pool , tennis courts , bikes and a kids program. We love to take long walks into town for our morning coffee. We would highly recommend it The sunsets are thrilling .

  This was our first time here and our first vacation as a family of 3. The accommodations were really nice and and beach/lake view was beautiful. My only complaint was that the pool was supposed to be heated and was SUPER cold and the baby pool area was closed the whole time we were there, and we had a toddler that it would have been great for. She was not into the freezing cold deep pool.

  4 A had a problem of some sort (we weren't told what) so we were upgraded to another unit which we enjoyed. Everything in the upgraded unit was good except for the electric coffeee pot which had mold growing in the coffee filter portion which had been growing for several months, judging by the extent of the mold. The old wet coffee grounds were still there under the mold. That was the only problem, and we had brought our own coffee pot and avoided using that one.

  This was our second year in a row staying in this unit, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Sleepy Hollow is a wonderful family resort! One small item to checkin this unit is the dishwasher. It did not seem to thoroughly clean the dishes. Other than that, all good! Thank you.

  We had a wonderful time at Sleepy Hollow! We rented three cottages, and each one was very well equipped and very comfortable. The grounds and amenities were well-maintained and first rate. We all enjoyed the beach and pool. Our grandkids had lots of fun on the playground, and participated in the children’s activities each day. Overall, this was one of our best family vacations! We hope to return again next summer!

  Sleepy Hollow is a wonderful vacation spot for families. Because it is a gated community, our 5 grandchildren were free to explore the grounds. Supervised art projects in the morning, and sports in the afternoon kept them well entertained. There were even a couple of movie nights and sand castle building on the beach. Because the water level of the lake was high, the size of the beach was reduced, but it did not affect our enjoyment of the water. We stayed in 4A, and the cottage was well maintained. The location is perfect, as it is directly across from the playground and pool. We highly recommend Sleepy Hollow for families with children.

  We rented 4 cottages for a family reunion. The children's programs were fantastic,and the pool was wonderful. Of course the beach was beautiful. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The town of South Haven is also a nice place to visit.

  Very nice accomodations, beautiful grounds. It does seem as though the prices have increased while service has diminished. (ie...cleaning cabins, towel service, etc...) The fire ring reservation system needs some fine tuning. Many days the rings were all reserved yet no one was using them in the evening.
