The bright, open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area creates a welcoming central gathering space where everyone can relax and enjoy time together. The comfortable living area features a queen-size sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping accommodations while maintaining the villa’s spacious and uncluttered feel. The well-appointed kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, making everything from casual breakfasts to relaxed family dinners easy and enjoyable.

The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and provides a relaxing retreat at the end of the day. The second bedroom is especially well suited for children or additional guests, offering twin bunk beds plus a third twin bed. Together with the queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area, Patio 28 comfortably sleeps up to six guests.

One of the highlights of Patio 28 is its wonderful back deck overlooking the villa’s peaceful natural surroundings.   Great location. Beach was large quiet and beautiful-plenty of chairs for anyone to use. The grounds were very well maintained and sports equipment was plentiful. Our children loved the playground and pool as well. Our condo was very clean with two spacious outdoor sitting areas and was overall well equipped. The wifi went out a couple of times and we didn’t have great phone service as a heads up (Verizon and TMobile—not fault of resort just caution for anyone wanting to work remotely). We brought our own bikes and it was so easy to just bike into downtown to visit all the shops and restaurants!

  We stayed in Patio 28 and it was great! The back porch was large with a creek view. We had our own Weber grill out front. The two bedrooms were perfect for our family of 4, and there was great separation between the two to avoid noise. The upstairs neighbors could be heard while walking but it wasn't a big deal. The owners of the other condos were welcoming and nice. The activities for kids are amazing: daily arts and crafts, pool, beach, ball games and movie nights. You can't go wrong here!

  We found the unit to be clean and well setup. This was our second year at Sleepy Hollow - first year in this unit. While not waterfront, we love the location as it is close to the pool and playground so great for our grandchildren. The gas grill was an added bonus since we like to cook out a lot. We have already reserved this unit for the same week next year - so yes, we would highly recommend this unit for anyone wanting to visit South Haven!
