  Second time in this unit. As expected, it was a quiet unit, nicely laid out, with all advertised amenities. My only complaint would be that not all lights were functional (some bulbs burned out). However, that was not a real problem during my stay and I did not remember to report it after I left.

  Our family of 5 enjoyed the long weekend at Sleepy Hollow Beach Resort. The property had charm and was well maintained. The access to Lake Michigan and all the property activities had something for everyone. The accommodations worked well with plenty of space indoors or out for our family to enjoy. We certainly would return.

  We were here for a family wedding and wanted a lovely, quiet place to stay when not involved in the wedding activities. Our cottage, 11 A, was perfect. Clean, well-appointed, with all conveniences. Our walk to the lake to watch the sunset was always a delight!. We think it's a great place to get some R&R and we hope to return.

  Cottage 11A at Sleepy Hallow was perfection. Fun, vibrant decor mixed with clean calm soothing whites and wood tones. Everything was clean and well maintained. Customer service was above and beyond at every opportunity. The grounds were lovely and there is plenty of activities for all ages. Everything is even nicer than pictured and I cannot wait to go back again!

  This property was so cute! It was tucked away on the resort and was quiet, yet close enough to the beach and the lake. It was decorated well. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes, cooking utensil, and pots and pans anyone would every need. One of the best features was the back patio! The place was immaculate when we arrived, and even smelled good!

  This is a lovely place. The Art Deco style is a favorite of mine. Lots of open space that is beautifully landscaped. The houses are clean and well stocked for cooking. Lots of things to do for kids and adults. It is also very close to the town where there is shopping and restaurants.

  Beautifully decorated unit. I recommend the mattress of the pullout sofa be updated. I had to go and buy a topper to put on it while we were there; otherwise you were sleeping on springs.

  We were extremely pleased with our experience. The rooms were spotless. We called last minute and the lady at the front desk ( older lady) was very helpful.
  We arrived late at night and we called the front desk to inform them we would arrived 15 minutes before they close. The young lady who answered the phone was very short and unpleasant. She was extremely unhelpful. The young man helped us find our room. He was pleasant.
  The day we checked out, we had a chance to chat with the lovely older lady who was a pleasure to talk to.
  We would have given 5 stars to the check in-out process if it was not for the unpleasant young lady.

  We spent a week at Sleepy Hollow this year and last making it now a family tradition. There is something there for everyone . The grandchildren are busy in the morning with arts and crafts or just hanging out on the playground. The pool is clean and safe. Lake Michigan is amazing and having a family campfire at night after watching the sunset is truely the best. Jackie in the office is always ready to assist you as well as all the other employees of the resort. We called to let them know that the screen door was ripped and within the hour they came and took it away and repaired it...

  We LOVED our cottage and the Sleepy Hollow property overall! Fantastic pool, great little beach, tons to do, and the availability of the bikes was the best part- our kids had SO much fun biking all over the place and being able to be independent since everything was so safe and family-friendly. We would enthusiastically recommend Sleepy Hollow to anyone, especially if you're traveling with kids!!

  We had the best weekend trip! Our condo was great for the 3 of us and the property awesome for our 2 year old daughter. The pool, playground, beach and overall outdoor space made our trip very easy and fun. The Grocery store is close for those forgotten items and downtown South Haven a quick 2 miles drive. Watching the sunset on the beach was a hit and Sherman's ice cream delicious. We will definitely be back.
